Been watching quality anime for years; GITS, Cowboy Bebop, and FLCL are some of my favorites. Nice to see them getting some well-deserved attention.

Yes, it is great to see anime getting US attention, but they are still stuck on old shows and getting worse all the time. I'm so sick of Adult Swim and their obsession with InuYasha... terrible anime.

Pretty old article, but still good. This anime boom thing is really happening.
Also, in defense of Adult Swim, they're the only cable company around that has anime on a regular basis that doesn't consider it as only for children. the only other exception i can think of is when TCM did that Miyazaki in January bit. The only reason they put so much into Inuyasha is for ratings and popularity only. why the POS is so popular is way beyond me.
